What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from Shubhapallaba Store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect customers’ personal information like Name, Address, Mobile Number and Email address.
When you provide your personal information to complete the transaction, we only use those for that purpose only. To avoid much more complicacy, we are are using PayTM only, an Indian brand. Yes, in future, we may send you some e-mails for our promotional use only regarding new product updates, products, policies, etc.
Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.
Third Party Services
We are using third party Courier services to dispacth the products to our customers, so would provide your personal information like Name, Address, Mobile Number.
Return or Exchange Policies
We are not offering return or exchanges unless and until the product is damaged. And for damaged products read the point below carefully.
- You have to put a compaint over phone within 24 hours from the parcel receivng time.
- After a complaint, you have to share a video over email or through our WhatsApp.
- You have to pay the extra courier charges.
- Refund facilities are not allowed.
